Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles needed a platform that would strengthen the brand’s positioning, highlight its key advantages and unify communication across all channels."Simply Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles" became the answer – a strategic idea that brings together the product, the service and the brand promise into one clear message.

The brand’s key advantage turned out to be „intelligent partnership” – a combination of product quality, services and an approach that genuinely makes entrepreneurs’ work easier. We placed this idea at the core of the communication platform. We created a simple, memorable format: „Simply (benefit). Simply Volkswagen (model).” This approach showed that the brand not only understands its customers’ everyday challenges, but responds to them in the most direct and practical way. In parallel, we developed a key visual built around the pairing of the vehicle and the person, highlighting the brand’s customer-centric character and its closeness to entrepreneurs.

The platform debuted in the Volkswagen Crafter campaign, across digital, OOH, radio and video. It quickly became an umbrella idea for subsequent models, appeared in dealerships and even showed up in non-standard locations like ski lifts in Szczyrk. Thanks to one consistent communication language and disciplined platform use, the brand increased coherence and simplified the awareness-building process.
