The "We care about what matters" campaign was the first project between ALAB Laboratories and Artegence – a full 360° process combining strategy, creativity, production and media planning. The goal was to strengthen ALAB’s role as a brand that guides patients through prevention and conscious care for their health.

Challenge

The laboratory diagnostics market is highly competitive, and everyday medical communication is often reduced to procedures and parameters. ALAB needed a campaign that would do more – one that shows empathy, care and real support for patients in their everyday health decisions. The new claim, „We care about what matters” became the foundation of this shift: simple, emotional and genuine.

What we've done

We designed a full communication platform that guides audiences through three key dimensions of prevention: regular testing, awareness of results and caring for the people we love. For the campaign, we created a brand film, short digital formats and a set of social assets where health is shown through life moments – the ones that matter most. Film production was delivered with the Zest production house. Creatives and key visuals were designed to build a new, consistent brand language that works beyond the campaign – in seasonal communication, on the website and in educational materials. This made “We Care About What Matters” not just a slogan, but a direction for ALAB’s continued brand growth.
