We would also like to provide you with information on how we protect your personal data, as well as what rights you have in connection with our processing of your data.

3 What kind of data do we process? To what extent, for what purpose and on what legal basis do we process your data? How long do we process your data?

a. What data we process, in case you use our service for information purposes

When you use our service for informational purposes, our server collects data that is transmitted by your browser and retains a portion of it in log files, i.e.:
a) the type of Internet browser used;
b) the operating system and its version;
c) the interface of the operating system;
d) the date and time you accessed the web pages;
e) the web pages displayed;
f) the access status / http response code;
g) the amount of data transmitted;
h) the page previously visited by you.

At the same time, the above-mentioned. data are not combined or stored with other personal data.

b. What data we process, in case you contact us through the contact form

You can contact us electronically via the contact form. Through the contact form, you then provide us with your personal data. We process your personal data as follows:
a) email address (to contact you);
b) first name (to prevent abuse);
c) last name (to prevent abuse);
d) landline or cell phone number (if provided);

We will process your personal data to:
a) provide answers to your inquiry, including to contact you for this purpose. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO);
b) to establish a relationship with you or your employer/entity you represent. The legal basis for processing your data is our legitimate interest in establishing and maintaining a relationship in the course of our business (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
c) ensure the security of our systems and prevent abuse.

c. What data we process, in case you contact us by e-mail

You can also contact us via e-mail. Through the email, you then provide us with your personal information, which is stored with us. At the same time, the aforementioned. We process your data only for the purpose of processing your inquiry (including responding and possibly clarifying it. This data is deleted at the latest when it is no longer necessary due to the achievement of the purpose of the conversation, and the matter that was the subject of the contact is clarified. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. You can do this by informing us of the withdrawal of consent by email to: odo@artegence.com. In this case, all personal data from the conversation will be deleted and the continuation of the conversation will no longer be possible.

d. Candidate data

We post information about opportunities with our team on our website, and you can send us your application. Once we receive your application, we process your personal data as part of the ongoing recruitment process. We do not transfer your data to third parties, nor do we use them for other purposes. Our website uses cookies. We will not combine the information concerning you with your other personal data.

d) the right to request limitation of the processing of your personal data;
e) the right to request the erasure of your personal data, the processing of which we no longer have a legal basis;
f) to receive in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format the personal data you have provided to us and (if technically possible) the right to request the transfer of such data to another controller (if the processing is based on your consent or by automated means).

You also have the right to object to a given processing of your personal data (on grounds related to your particular situation), unless our grounds for processing override your interests, rights and freedoms. If we process your personal data on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
