Clubhouse accessible to all
Clubhouse is a relatively new social network based on live voice chat in themed rooms. Until now, it was only available on iPhone smartphones after accepting an invitation from a friend. Now it’s open to all iOS and Android users!
New type of ads on TikTok
TikTok is introducing a new type of advertising called “Spark.” It allows brands to search for and sponsor popular organic content (uploaded by users) that contains or refers to the brand’s products.
Sound emoji on Facebook 🎵
In honor of World Emoji Day, Facebook introduced sound emoji in the form of a short audio clip, e.g. clapping, sad violin sounds or sinister laughter, etc. They are designed to add variety to messenger conversations.
Links in Stories for everyone?
Currently, not everyone can attach web links in Stories on Instagram. This is reserved for verified users or those with at least 10,000. observers. Now Instagram is testing the insertion of links in Stories in the form of stickers and is considering making this option available to all users.
