The social media of the Swedish brand, known to thousands of women and men, must inspire, offer proven solutions, and engage their fans.
The content on Facebook was designed in the spirit of a creative idea called ''O!Beautiful''. It refers to surprising customers with new cosmetics and solutions. The "O!" itself is associated with the name Oriflame and in Polish language it's the exclamation of delight that evokes the effect of Swedish products. Facebook service we provided included full support in the fields of creation, moderation, and media.
Facebook posts have been categorized by topic so that fans can intuitively recognize and read messages.
Our fan page could not miss numerous animated formats that effectively engage.
How to stand out on Instagram? With consistency brought to perfection. Oriflame sales their products via catalogues, so we have adjusted the publication calendar to the duration of the catalogues. The posts were created to match the corresponding catalogues in terms of products, colours, and arrangements. There was no space for randomness.
On Instagram, we differentiated the publication - in addition to product sales, there were cosmetic tips, inspiring quotes, lifestyle issues, and reposts from our fans. We also made sure that the brand profile felt "alive" and presented more products in use. We regularly performed own photo sessions with an experienced photographer, planned with a specific catalogue in mind. Our Instagram service also included full support in the fields of creation, moderation, and media.
On YouTube, we created a new beauty channel "Beautiful as I want to be" ("Piękna tak jak chcę" in polish), where our influencers made interesting tutorials and promoted the Swedish idea of beauty. Each film involved moderation and media support on the part of the agency. We made sure that fans on Facebook and Instagram never missed an episode!
