O!Beautiful with Oriflame
Two years of running Oriflame’s social media communications are behind us. Comprehensive handling of Facebook, Instagram and YouTub of one of the leading international cosmetics brands was a beautiful adventure. See how much we have achieved together.
This is what we wanted!
Oriflame in Poland has been promoting best practices in skin care, makeup, hair care, wellness, and fragrance and accessory selection for more than 30 years. The social media of the Swedish brand, known to thousands of men and women, must inspire, offer proven solutions and engage its fans.
The Facebook posts were based on the umbrella creative idea of O!Beautiful, which refers to surprising customers with cosmetic surprises and new solutions constantly created by the brand. The “O!” itself is associated with the Oriflame name and the exclamation of delight that comes from the effect of Swedish products. Facebook support included full care: creation, moderation and media.
Facebook posts have been categorized by topic so that fans can intuitively recognize and read the messages.
Our fanpage could not miss numerous animated formats that effectively engage.
How do you stand out on Instagram? Consistency brought to perfection. Oriflame conducts catalog sales, so we have adjusted the publication calendar according to the duration of a particular catalog. The creations of the posts were matched to the corresponding catalogs in every way – product-wise, color-wise, and design-wise. There was never any question of randomness.
On Instagram, we have diversified the topics of publications. In addition to product promotions, there were beauty tips, inspirational quotes, lifestyle issues and reposts from our fans. We also made sure that the brand’s profile was “alive” and presented more products in use. We regularly did original photo shoots with an experienced photographer, planned with a specific catalog in mind. The Instagram service also included full care: creation, moderation and media.
YouTube
On YouTube, we created a new beauty channel “Beautiful the way I want”, where our influencers made interesting tutorials and promoted the Swedish idea of beauty. Each video involved moderation and media support on the agency’s part. We made sure that fans on Facebook and Instagram never missed an episode!
