This role combines deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and client-facing leadership, acting as both a trusted advisor externally and a team leader internally.

Key Skills 👀:

Proven track record (5+ years) in MarTech, digital platforms, or related leadership roles

Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (Adobe, Google, Salesforce, CRM, CDPs)

Strong technical background (APIs, integrations, automation, low-code/no-code tools)

Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution

Excellent client-facing communication skills, able to turn technical detail into business impact

Collaborative and proactive leadership style

Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Core Responsibilities 👨‍💻:

Lead and mentor a specialist MarTech team, setting priorities, quality standards, and development paths

Translate client business needs into MarTech roadmaps and solutions that connect data, technology, and measurable outcomes

Act as a strategic partner to clients, presenting MarTech opportunities and guiding implementation

Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, and Client Service teams to ensure technology and data are embedded in campaigns and projects

Oversee platform deployments, data flows, and optimisation projects across client accounts

Stay ahead of emerging MarTech trends and innovations, bringing scalable solutions into the agency

Support new business by identifying MarTech opportunities and contributing to pitches
