We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to represent Artegence on-site at Riyad Bank in Riyadh, acting as an embedded member of the bank’s Marketing & Customer Experience (CX) team. This role combines daily collaboration with Riyad Bank stakeholders and close cooperation with Artegence’s Center of Excellence (CoE) based in Poland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing across key areas such as campaigns, social media, content, performance, and customer experience and will be responsible for ensuring that marketing initiatives are properly scoped, prioritized, and executed in a timely and efficient manner, with support from Artegence’s CoE. Success in this position requires both excellent execution skills and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. As a trusted on-site partner, the person in this role will act as a key connector between Riyad Bank and Artegence, ensuring alignment on goals, standards, and outcomes. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that requires independence, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership.

Core Responsibilities 👨‍💻:

Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Riyad Bank stakeholders on digital marketing initiatives

Coordinate the execution of agreed projects (campaigns, dashboards, reporting, content workflows, personalisation)

Build strong, trust-based relationships with RB Marketing, CX, and COI teams

Ensure smooth cooperation between RB and Artegence’s Center of Excellence in Poland

Support quick-win initiatives to demonstrate value and impact

Provide continuity, ensuring alignment, communication, and knowledge transfer across teams

Key Skills 👀:

5–7 years in digital marketing, campaign management, or MarTech-related roles

Solid understanding of digital campaigns, reporting, analytics (GA4, dashboards)

Familiarity with CMS/CRM platforms and social media management tools

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Proactive, execution-driven, culturally adaptable, and able to operate in a matrix setup (RB + Artegence)

Strong collaboration skills (works closely with Strategy, MarTech, and Client Service)

Fluent English (min. C1)

Knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Deliver initiatives smoothly in collaboration with Artegence CoE

Act as the local face of Artegence, ensuring communication and alignment

Document processes and enable knowledge transfer into RB teams
