Core Responsibilities 👨💻:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication
Translate client needs into clear briefs and actionable project plans
Manage projects covering MarTech integrations, SEO, and data-driven marketing activations
Coordinate internal teams (Strategy, MarTech, Creative) to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Monitor scope, budget, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring transparency with clients
Prepare and deliver status updates, performance reports, and presentations
Identify and support opportunities for upsell or cross-sell within client accounts
Build strong, trusted client relationships, positioning the agency as a long-term partner
Key Skills 👀:
3+ years’ experience in account or project management within digital marketing, MarTech, or agency environments
Proven track record managing MarTech, SEO, and data-driven campaign projects
Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and KPI’s
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to translate technical/analytical outputs into clear client communication
Strong stakeholder management and client relationship-building skills
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Tools & Platforms 🔧:
Ability to operate in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello)
Reporting & presentation tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
Familiarity with MarTech platforms, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), and analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics) is a plus
